Mp4 converter?

Hello all I am working on a project for Social Studies and want to use a video from google videos. I downloaded it in mp4 format. However, I cannot get adobe premier to open this and cannot find anyway to convert it. (Have tried divx, IMtoo, and WinAVI) is there any way to convert mp4 to avi (or something useable) or is there any easier way to get google videos into premier? Thanks for the help!

i dont know what you mean by DVD software...decoder or player or what...but it doesn't matter. That Super thingy worked great, its really a nice free program. I will definitly add that to my list of great freeware apps!
