Hi,
Wasnt sure if this was the appropriate place to post Anyway, how do i copy sound tracks off a Cd onto my computer so i can play them on the computer without the cd? Because all that happens when i drag them from the cd is a Shortcut? Thanks |

You need to rip the tracks, not just drag and drop. The easiest way is to use Windows Media Player. Choose the 'Rip' Option at the top.
It's probably a good idea to change some options first though (tools - options - rip options). I'd change the ripped format to mp3 rather than wma, change the bit-rate to 192kbps, and disable any copy protection that it asks to apply. FK
