My GPU upgrade

Well I decided to start preparing for my next computer upgrade. I'm looking into getting a graphics card and upgrade my ram to at least 1GB. I wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions.

I've been looking at Radeon X1600PRO APG 8X cards. They seem powerful and the price range looks pretty good.

I'm looking at this card

but I am also eyeing the same card but with 512 mb's. I'm also looking at getting a 1gb stick to go with the 512 stick I already have.

The Radeon X1600 Pro is a great card at that price point. What type of games do you plan on using the system for? 256MB should be more than enough for current games.

I'd go with this for the 256-bit memory interface. SAPPHIRE 100131L Radeon X800GTO 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card ($156). There's a $30 dollar rebate too.

Hmm might be a possibilty. New egg needs to do work on their search engine. It should have showed up in my searches before.

I've been having a problem with Newegg also as of late. I keep getting timed out when trying to access some of their pages. They're just probably doing some web maintainence or there have been a lot of people on that site in the last couple days.
