Which one?
After searching for quite some time I have finally narrowed my choices for a 24" LCD Monitor to these two candidates:
Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/p...9&sku=320-4335 Acer AL2423Wd http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009089 I'm leaning towards the Dell but I'd like to hear some opinions before I make my final decision. |

They are both pretty similar. Performance-wise, you shouldn't see a difference. Quality-wise (picture quality), they're identical.
The Dell offers TV connections (component, S-Video), which might be useful for you if you wanna attack a TV receiver to it. It also has an integrated USB hub, but no integrated speakers (the Acer does). Since these two monitors are very similar in terms of performance and quality, I'd say it all depends on the extras .. whether you want TV connectons or built-in speakers, for example. But overall, the Dell does offer more, so unless you want built-in speakers, I'd go with it. RJ
