Setting Up CCTV

Hi guys I need some advice. I have bought a Radio AV Receiver (w/spycam) and a Digital PC TV Receiver. Tried to connect this devices to my Acer Aspire Desktop but the PC seems to be unable to detect the new devices.

The Digital PC TV Receiver has the following specs:

DC-5V (Power Supply)
VGA-Out
VGA-In
Line-In
Line-Out
Antenna

Expended by MMI Line:
S-Video
Video-In
Video-Out
Stereo Audio-In

The Radio AV Receiver has the following specs:

DC-8V (Power Supply)
Video-Out
Audio-Out
