THIS looks like a good one.
I encourage you to consider a widescreen one, newegg has one for alost $100 cheaper than their cheapest non-widescreen one. I have a 20.1" widescreen viewsonic, and I can tell you, having the extra horizontal space is much more useful than any extra vertical space would be. I can look at documents side by side (use that a lot) and watching widescreen movies. If your a gamer, a lot of PC games can be run in widescreen mode (sometimes with a little tweaking). |

it varies form game to game. many games do not advertise widescree nsupport, but can be fairly easily made to run in widescreen.
If you want to see what games can for sure run in widescreen, go to THIS forum, they specialize in that, and have detailed instructions on how to run almost any heard of PC game in widescreen resolutions. |

I think you should start asking your questions in the appropriate forums.
And you might want to consider changing the title of each new thread. Having "windy city" as the title is confusing. Cricket

The Dell 2007FP is a good bet. I have the 2001 and it works well, and the 2007 has far better specs. This Samsung also looks decent, and it's the cheapest regular-aspect 20" on Newegg.
I agree, don't get a widescreen. I'm not a fan of anything below 23" for widescreens -- the resolution comes out all wrong for most uses.
