New video card

Knowing myself I am just antisipating problems. I bought a new video card (9800pro to Nvidia 7800GS) so I would just like to go over the procedure real quick and if there is anything I am overlooking hopefully you guys can help.

1) I will remove all ATI stuff on my computer and any other video drivers I can find.

2) Replace card.

3) Turn on computer and withou video card drivers it will probably look like safe mode.

4) Download newest drivers from the sticky thread above.

Finished???? Should I even load the manufactures drivers??

Thanks

That is the procedure.

I usually download the latest drivers from the web, and skip the drivers from the CD you get with the card.
