dvd on tv ?
Hello, I tried searching for my anwser but to no avail
I got a x1300 pro and The prob im having is when i put the s video into GFX card and the other end into my tv (i just want to watch movies on it) All i see is my picture from my desktop ?? no folders just the picture Would like to know if its possible to watch my dvd`s on my tv ?? Thanks very much

Two scenarios.
1. Your movie is on your computer monitor and Windows is merely extending your desktop to the TV. You'd need to drag the movie to the TV (the other monitor as Windows sees it). 2. The resolution of a TV is much lower then what you're using on the computer. Older TVs use 640x480, newer TVs can go higher. So try bumping the resolution way down in your Windows Display Properties.

Thank you alaron, I think its scenario 1 as my tv is a new 32" flat screen, But how do i drag it across please mate (dumb question) When i click identifiy it shows 1 on pc and 2 on tv, So when i make tv primary it wont even show my desktop folders (maybe im a n00b) But hey thanks for trying to help me bud
