New iPod Shuffle (2nd gen.) problem

Hey All! Have one of the new mini shuffles. This thing is great but... down loaded music from my iTunes library onto a co-workers same (we were given them @ the co. x-mas party) as he doesn't have a computer and the problems started. I'm sure as hell not going to do that again! Can't download music on mine now! Tried with the support tech call but there was the feeling of a language barrier problem throughout. Has anyone dealt with this issue and what's the most straight forward way to get things back to normal. All music is from my cd's and lost music is not an issue. (These things are not as full featured as their bigger bros. but man it's nice to be able to clip it to the backstrap of my b-ball hat) Help !!
