Video card comparison

Right now I have 2 evga - 7800 gtx's running in sli. If needed I can o/c them to a modest 490/1320 to get some games to run the way I like. I paid almost $9XX when I bought them last year . I've been browsing around and found a 7950 gt 512mb card that has stock speeds of 570/1460 for $249.99 !! Would that one card give me better performance than my sli'd 78's ?

Try this for a comparison http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=581&chart=196
You can tweak which cards to compare, and which game to look at. It looks like the 7950 is better by an average 10-20 fps, but both are running in excess of 100 fps to start with :-). The prevailing advice at the moment is to wait to buy a video card 'till the Direct X 10 cards come out within the next year.

Hope this helps!
