Comp video, LCD HDTV and Media Center
Hello everyone,
I am trying to hook my computer up to my LCD HDTV. MY tv has numerous ports, I have tried using an S-Video cable and tha did not work, I called Microsoft who connected me with my computer manufacurer, each of which wanted $45 to help me. My tv also has a VGA port and a port that says comp video. I cannot find the type of cable that is used for this port. Can anyone help me figure out how to hook my computer to my tv and use it to record live tv and also wtach computer video on my computer. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated and any info needed let me know. Thank you in advance for any assistance. |

Depending on how old your video card is, may need to up-date video card drivers that support TV type resolutions.
