smokin video converter

Hi guys. I just bought a Zune media player but I don't have my videos inside yet. Which is the best video converter? I'm planning to convert my DVD videos in WMV or MPEG, the DVD saved files are VOB Format. Thank you!

VOB files have MPEG files inside, so you don't need to convert a VOB, you just have to extract the embedded MPEG file.
Using DVD Decrypter or VOBedit you can extract video and audio. Then, use a multiplexer like mplex, imago mpeg muxer, tmpgenc, pvastrumento etc. etc. to multiplex video and audio to an MPEG program stream.

As the video and audio files themselves won't be touched, there won't be a difference in quality.
