Sound Card not deteced after new Power Supply
My last power supply failed so I purchased a new one. After installation I noticed after every boot up my sound settings would automatically change to "headphones". I had to manually change it to my speaker settings. Since last night, my sound card is not detected at all. I tried re-installing drivers to no change
Did my old power supply take out my sound card as well? CREATIVE Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Platinum Enermax Liberty 500W ABIT AG8 ATX Intel Motherboard SAPPHIRE 100107-BL Radeon X800 256MB CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) x2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 200GB Western Digital 160GB |

Yes it very well could.
Try swapping PCI slots just to make sure.
