Unhappy Video card randomly not loading in WinXP

Hi,

I have been using my new video card for couple of weeks. The video card seems fine but when I reboot my PC it may or may not load the video card drivers. I get " Device cannot start(code 10)" error. I have to reboot like 2 or 3 times until I get it to load again.

So far I tried the following:

- Installed all latest drivers for everything (BIOS, Chipset, video card, audio card, etc.)
- Moved my SB Audigy to another PCI slot
- Uninstall/Reinstall video drivers countless times
- Run Driver Cleaner on Safe Mode
- Run CCleaner
- Load Default settings on the motherboard
- Installed the card on another PC (it works on the other one)
- tried the suggestion on the GeForce FAQ

Things I haven't done:
- enable "Assign IRQ to VGA" on my BIOS because there's no option like that on my BIOS. I want to assign an IRQ exclusively to my AGP card but I don't know how (the manual doesn't help much) so if anybody knows how to do this on a Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe let me know
- Reinstall Windows

The computer Specs are in my signature. But just in case, here they are:
450W PSU
Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe
AMD Athlon XP 3200+
1GB DDR400 RAM
Samsung 120 GB IDE HDD
XFX Geforce 6800 XTreme 256MB AGP 8x
SB Audigy 2 ZS

Please help, I'm really clueless.

If there is a PCI card in the slot next to the AGP card, move it.

Since that video card is an older AGP card, may want to try an older set of drivers instead of the latest.
And on the hardware side, what is the brand and model of the PSU?

glc: already did that, no luck.

fanzig1: I'm not sure about the PSU brand, it came with the case. I think its Mustang or something like that. I can verify as soon as I get back home.
