HDTV card?

I was wondering if there was some way for me to get an HDTV tuner for my new pc, with windows vista ultimate. I used to have a standard TV tuner in my old pc, however I have recently gotten Comcast HDTV, and was wondering if there was any way to view this HDTV on my computer. I looked on the back of my comcast box, and there is component output (currently goes into the back of my HDTV), and also DVI output. Is there any card which has DVI input?
