Screen suddenly glitches and freezes
Im getting these constant random glitches that happen usually when im gaming. My screen will be fine and suddenly it GLITCHES/BLURRS, looking like something like this

When it glitches, the computer still works, i can hear sound from the games or music, but stops after 10 secs. I tried reseating my video card and my ram and changing video drivers.
Specs:
windows xp home
e6300 unclocked
7600gs
gigabyte ga-945p-s3
