Difference in GT, LE, GS etc.
As topic says. I basically am just wondering what the difference is in them.
Like what is best and worst and such. |

They're basically arbitrary letters that the marketing dept makes up, but generally, GTX (XTX or XT with ATI) is top, GT is a little slower, GS is either faster or slower than GT depending on the alignment of the astrological signs in combination with the weather, and LE is a pretty basic budget card.

I never really thought of it much, but I'd guess some of it comes from the auto industry. A GT is a great car (in general), so a GTX has to be better... "LE" is often used to be "Limited Edition" but is often used as "Light Edition" ... just throwing that out there...
