8800gts 320 oc vs 640

I am getting a large monitor and was wondering if a 320 could keep up, and with the games coming out later this quarter, it seems a legit concern.

Monitor I want:
SAMSUNG 226BW Black 22" 2 ms (GTG) DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 700:1(DC 3000:1) - Retail

in the 320 range, it seems this one is the best bet (most overclocked):

in the 640 range, this one is cheapest and is evga, I'm not sure about the others but they are overclocked and still inexpensive...(I am not counting on the foxconn rebate, it is almost impossible to get and you have to give your info to third party people...)

More memory's never a bad thing. Memory on a video card is mostly used for 3D shapes and such. So if you're playing some games with a lot going on or a lot of movement, the 640MB version will definitely come in handy.

But if you're playing slow, boring games, the 320 will do. lol

They're both good cards, though. And definitely overclockable.

You can play with the benchmarks and see how they compare to each other. That should help you figure out if the $70 difference is worth it to you.
