Picture in picture help on Gateway FPD2485W - 24 inches

Steve_GWER1681 says:
The serial number you provided is incorrect. Can you please provide me the correct serial number so that I can give you the right information you need?

Steve_GWER1681 says:
The 13-digit serial number is usually on a rectangular sticker, on the back of the computer (not the monitor) and is labeled S/No:. In some cases, the sticker may also be placed on the side of the computer or on the front bezel.

If it's a laptop, you can find this information on the Customer Care label located on the bottom of your notebook and is labeled S/No:.
