BLUE screen - no signal

I was using my pc without a video card because of this problem.....did some troubleshooting with the techs at the company I bought the system from and they recommended replacing the card, since the monitor worked once the card was removed............Today I installed the replacement card and I have the SAME message on my monitor.........'no signal' on a blue screen

System DID work for a few months!

HELP PLEASE---

so you get no signal at all since you installed the card?

did you plug in the power to the card?

are you using a DVI connection on both the card and monitor?

did you set your monitor to digital input?
