Blackmagic Intensity HDMI Capture Card

http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/intensity/

Anyone ever use one of these?

I run all HDMI to my receiver and then HDMI to my TV. I plan on using this to record TV, PS3, & 360.

It's the only HDMI capture card with a decent price.
