Stop windows coming out of full screen on 2nd monitor
I have a lovely dual monitor setup now and love it for most things.
I am trying to use my 2nd screen to view TV, at full screen whilst working on the other screen. Whenever the 2nd screen looses focus the TV minimises. Is there any way (for free) that I can stop this from happening? Cheers peeps :-)

I don't know of any programs that will do that and the only way I know how to make is work would be to not maximize but just manually expand the program to fit.

I remember seeing a program once that could keep certian windows open and fullscreen no matter what happens. I can't remember it though
