scrolling page problems

every time i go to scroll down on a page, its not a consistent scroll. its like a wavy...and very aggravating. any suggestions on how to fix this??

Well... slow PCs do this, I guess... OR you can try another internet browser if you are talking about net browsing. The new Opera is great...

Is this an internet browser, or a different program like MS Word?

What are your system specs?

Have you searched in the options for the program? I know in FF and I believe IE they have a setting for smooth scrolling.

Also check your control panel under mouse. There should be a tab called wheel. You can adjust the amount of lines it does.

Have you installed the mouse drivers?

If you don't have the latest video card drivers, it would have the wavy scroll you speak of.
