Audio recording hardly working
I have a 4 mth old Gigabyte M57 mobo and onboard Realtek HD Audio Device. Trying to record via microphone. I set the input microphone level and calibrated microphone in the Gigabyte utility and the sound looked good. I tried recording a guitar using Goldwave and Audacity and I get very little input. I set the parameters in the recording software. Monitoring the input shows the sound level looks good. I tried the 2 microphone inputs on the PC and get the same result. Not sure why I'm not getting much input.
I used Goldwave on my last PC (ABIT) to record via microphone and had no problem at all. |
