I could use some serious help with this 8500gt problem.

ok. ive been dealing with this problem for about 6 months now and i just cant take it any longer. i have a 8500 gt card hooked up to a 1080i lcd tv. now, the problem is the nvidia control panel only gives me 2 options, 800x600, or 1024x768. neither is my screen size, so the image is always stretched. sooooo, why is it only giving me 2 options, neither of which are correct... and how do i fix it?

Welcome to PCMech.

Download the latest Nvidia drivers for your card. They will enable more resolution options.
