New Monitor

Hey guys, I am in the process of purchasing a new monitor this weekend mainly due to the fact that my Acer AL1914 is starting to go. I have been looking at mainly 3 monitors, and I am not quite sure which one is the best.

Acer X223Wbd Black 22" 5ms Widescreen

ASUS VW222U Black 22" 2ms(GTG) Widescreen
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236028

ASUS VK222H Black 22" 2 ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236043

What is everyone's thoughts?

Thanks
Chris

I think you would be happy with any of them. The screen specs are basically the same. Obviously if you want/need a webcam, that would be the big difference.

Well would having a contrast raitio of 2500:1 be better than the 2000:1. The webcam I don't really need, so there is not need.

Contrast ratios are measured differently between different brands. And they have gone to the point where they are so high, I don't think you would notice any difference.

I think I'd go with the non-webcam Asus. The HDCP support might come in handy later on. That Acer model doesn't have it, though they have others models with it.
