Angry Fire ATI Control Center Help

It has been a long time since i posted on these forums, I just purchased a new monitor and it is very bright compared to my old monitor. I used the ATI catalyst control center to make my last monitor bright because it was so dark. I am trying to fix my settings now, except every time i click on my ATI Catalyst control center, the computer acts like it is going to run it, but then never does. Nothing ever shows up. I even tried running it as admin/owner. Any ideas?

Do you have .NET 2.0 or 3.5 installed?
