Strange audio problems
Ever since installing Call of Duty 4: Game of the Year edition, I have had lots of reverb in my audio output on speaker and headphones. Movie dialog is also too soft and echoey. I have tried 3 different audio drivers for my X Fi Gamer card. Messing with the audio console settings is no help.
Suggestions? TIA

Are you running Vista with surround sound? I've had problems with the two. If you run vista check the audio properties in windows. You might find something useful there.
