No audio on Call of Duty World at War 1.5 patch

I have just recently installed Call of duty World at War. Did all the patches for it. Which is up to 1.5 patch. And i go to go play it. Everthing works but the audio. And my driver for my audio is up to date. And I'm running windows xp 32 bit. I can't think of any reason why its not working. It's just when i go to play the game. My music comes through just fine. Like i said it's just the game that there's no audio.

Thanks for the reply. But my uncle and i can't think of anything why it won't work. Does anyone know why
