no signal

hey i recently opened my comp and like an idiot kept it running while i was trying to to work on it. i accidently hit my proccesing fan causing one of the fan blades to break so i then bought a new fan placed it in and i started getting a no signal on the moniter. the comp light is on it runs and ive tried it on other moniters with the same no siganl result. i then assumed i must have fried the motherboard so i ordered a new one put it in and still the same no signal on the moniter. at this point im wondering if i should buy a video card even tho there is one built in the mother board or what? im really just at my wits end i dont know what could be causing this. PLEASE HELP

The search functions here work as advertised. I found the thread and merged it.

Please post your computer specs. Did you use the procedure that Khalil posted 2 months ago?
