TV Capture Cards

Hey guys. I'm in the Army and am currently hundreds of miles from my home in Ohio. I once saw a guy who had a setup of streaming his Cable TV from back home to his computer at college so he could watch Pittsburgh Penguin games only being locally broadcasted.

I was wondering what would be the best capture card for this and how could I remotely access my computer back home via my laptop where I'm at?

thanks

Logmein.com is your answer for remote access. To get remote audio, you need the Pro service at $70/yr.

You should be able to use just about any TV tuner card - Hauppauge is the most highly regarded brand.
