Video card for light video work

Hey all,

I'm building a new rig, and I'm going to be doing light video work on it. Nothing outstanding. I mainly do DVD slideshows, and converting VHS tapes to DVD. Nothing HD-related. And no gaming. Some photo editing in Photoshop CS4.

I know I don't need the most powerful video card, but I would like more than just the onboard video. I'd also like to keep the price under $100, which I don't think should be a problem. I do use dual monitors, so I'll need something with 2 (preferably dvi) ports.

Any suggestions??

Thanks a lot!

Oh, I'm going to have an AMD quad-core and 4gb of ram in the system, if that helps.

A Radeon HD 4670 should be all you need.

400 watt PSU required.
