Windows 7 video card

As I prepare my computer for Windows 7, I am at the video card section of my upgrade.
I currently have an Asus EN8600GT Silent, installed.
I am looking at the Asus HD4870 or Gigabyte HD5770 as an option card, or do I stay with the card I have already?
My build so far has: Asus M/Board M3N78-EM
3X2gb -8500C5 Corsair Memory
AMD Athlonx2 Black Edition 7750 Processor
Echo Star 580watt Power Supply
Any thoughts/help with the Video Card, would be welcomed with my selection.
Thank to all...in advance. spider.

Any modern Nvidia or ATI card should be compatible. If you aren't a heavy gamer, the 8600GT is plenty good enough.

You didn't ask, but I'd recommend you find a better power supply. Echo Stars are low quality units.
