Screen Resolution Incorrect After Power Failure
Prior to a power failure my resolution was running at 1600 x 1200 pixels @ 75 herts. Now after a power failure it is stuck at 1280 x 1024 and I cannot set up any higher.
Has anyone else had this problem? |

Try reinstalling the video card drivers. Or do a system restore.

I've done the video driver re-installation. I'm a bit wary of doing system restore. But I'll try it.

I updated the video drivers.
I've searched on the Internet, a few other people have this problem. No solution though. I suppose I'll just live with 1280 x 1024 for now. |

Try updating your moniters drivers, under device manager
its probably set up to generic Plug and Play If not work right click the properties, update driver, browse for driver, Let me pick from a list, uncheck the compatibility box |
