Dvd backups play in the wrong sequence

I hoping someone can help with this issue. I have backed up some Dvd's using DvdFab decryptor
and have tried burning them using dvd shrink. When I play the burnt disks the movie is out of sequence....the title starts right then skips straight to the middle of the movie or the end or wherever it feels like. At first I thought it may have been the DVD player but when I put the disc in my computer it is also out of order. The only way I can get the movie to play in the right order is to look at it in the preview screen in the bottom left hand corner of dvd shrink. I tried using differnt ways / programs to burn this with the same effect. I then just disabled automatic burning in dvd shrink and made an iso which also plays out of sinc on the computer and when burnt to disk. It seems that when dvd shrink converts the file it mixes it up. However it knows to play it in the right order in the preview screen......anyone heard of this happening before?
