new monitor help
i just built my first computer for gaming and so far i am very satisfied.
my one problem is my old dell monitor is failing on me so i am going to purchase a new one. my graphics card is a ati 5750, and i am looking to spend anywere from 100-129$ i want a monitor that can handle crysis at max without me having to lower the resolutions or sacrifice my settings on games.. i picked this one out http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824005121 but i dont know if it will be up to par.. i also found this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009127 which has higher resolution.. just thought i would get a second opinion befor i buy one thanks |

I doubt that you will be able to play Crysis maxed out on any monitor with that video card.
The LG is 1366x768, which is a pretty low resolution, and the Acer is 1680x1050, which is too high for the size. I'd look for a 19" widescreen that's 1440x900. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824254023 |
