Quiet, Cool, decent

Im looking to get a new video card. I would like it to go along the same theme I have for my desk top... quiet, cool, and energy efficient. I play games but im not a hard core computer gamer as I have an xbox. However I do play games like the sims 3 and Flight Simulator on occasion. Any help?

Motherboard= ASUS-M4A785TD-M EVO 785G RT

CPU = AMD-PH II X3 710 AM3 2.6G RT

Memory = 4gb RAM-GSK F3-10600CL9D-4GBNT R
