PC to HD TV

The computer I will use is a server but just a core 2.
Looking for a cheap HDMI card to install and connect to the tv. The TV has many extra HDMI ports.
Only want to put the sound/video from my PC to the TV in HD.
My PC monitor is nice but I would rather use the TV remote to switch from watching the computer to the TV
It would be nice to center my sound system off the TV instead of having a seperate one for the computer.

If there other options I have a wireless/hub/blueRay/DirectTv (Not the DVR)
Basically I just want my HD TV to replace my monitor and sound.

What are the rest of the specs on the server? Motherboard and power supply are what's important. Name brand or custom? OS?

Yikes - that thing doesn't have a PCI-Ex16 slot - it's got standard PCI and a PCI-Ex1. It's got some kind of proprietary slot for a DVI adapter.

If it's a microtower, it has a 300 watt PSU and full height slots. If it's a SFF, it has a 240 watt PSU and half height slots.

These will fit in either type:

Newegg.com - ZOTAC ZT-50608-10L GeForce GT 520 (Fermi) 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express x1 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

Newegg.com - PowerColor Go! Green AE5450 512MD2-SH Radeon HD 5450 512MB 64-bit DDR2 PCI Express x1 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

The GT520 supposedly requires a 300 watt PSU - if you have the SFF I'd get the Radeon.
