Hardware Problem [ Slight/Loud Buzz or Hum ]

I am getting a rather loud IDLE noise from my TV ( Noise from the actual hardware, not speakers, but probably the circuit board?? ) It's loud for what the sound is, I checked my other TV, you actually have to have your ear basically on the TV to hear it on that one. Its loud enough to wake a light sleeper, but my PS3 is able to mask it JUST BARLEY.

TV and Model : LG LCD - 37CS560
Type Of Noise : Listen to your TV without any input, you might hear a very quiet NORMAL hum from your hardware.

Could be the inverter or CCFL. Fluorescent bulbs can be noisy especially near failure.
