TV Out Vs Video OUT

I always thought that video out and TV out were the same thing until I saw a graphics card (GeForce 4 Ti4200) advertised as TV out and VIVO. So what’s the difference between TV out and video out?

Nothing really, just different descriptions.

Some cards have both composite and S-Video out, the Radeon 9700 pro has composite, S-Video and component outs.

Some have coax in and an on-board sound processor, some only have video in and rely on the PC's sound card for sound.

Etc. etc. etc.
