Problem with codec i think

Hi

Im having problems with wondows media player, it normally plays all my video files fine, but as of late i havnt been able to watch DiVX formats

The files open and i can hear the audio but the video is all distorted - like a big blur of colours

I tried un-installing DiVX codec and installing it again but same thing happens

Does anyone know what this could be

If it helps i can take a screenshot of what it lookes like when i try and play a DiVX file

Could be a different codec.
