questions on two-monitor setup
i'm planning on moving to a two-monitor setup when i buy a video card with dual-output (e.g radeon 9700). but before i do that, i have to know your inputs. how would gameplay be viewed? i usually play fps and rts. would these games have a stretched-effect or would it achieve a true anomorphic widescreen effect? how would video movies, particularly divx and dvd be seen? can they be moved from one monitor to the other or increased considerably to occupy both monitors? would the 2 monitor effect be hardware dependent?
