AIW 9700 PRO vs. 9700 PRO
Why is there such a price difference between these 2 cards and is it really worth it?

The All-In-Wonder has video capture capabilities. If you won't be hooking up vid cams or the cable TV to your PC, or doing video editing, just get the 9700Pro.
