I was just looking around for good buys on OEM Nero CDs and found those two places.
Anybody ever use them? are they OK places to buy from? They seem to have the best deals on Nero, but ...... Or is there a better place to get them from?? Thanks!! TwoRails Last edited by TwoRails; 03-29-2003 at 10:50 AM. |

I've already got 4 personal burners, wolfie. The term "full version" is a little misleading I've discovered. It may be "full" in that all features are present in the packaged software, but it works ONLY with the burner you purchase. So, if you add a second burner, or buy a different brand, it will not "recognize" it unless you "upgrade" to the full "retail" version by buying the retail license for $20.

When you pay for Nero you also get a certain length of time of free updates, so that's not a problem.
Once you've got a valid license/key you can download any version you want from Nero's website and register it, if that's what your concern is. |

Hi Xayd: I've keep Nero up to day with no problem. I would like inexpensive full verions for both my personal builds and other builds that run more than one burner. That's what I found in the links above: for $12.95, it's cheaper than buying the license direct.
Hi Alaron56: Thanks for the link! Found it very interesting. TwoRails
