Hopefully someone can help me out on this. I installed this agp card in the computer installed all the drivers everything went fine. I rebooted after driver install and anytime i go into the start menu the computer locks up completly. I took out the card put the old one in (anoter agp card) and it works fine so i know its the agp card. I used the drivers on the disk and saw no irq conflicts at all. I am receiving no error messages it just locks up. can someone help me out please : )

What was your old card?
Go into your BIOS and make sure your AGP aperture is 128 mb or higher. |

What wattage is your PSU? You *may* be able to use that card with a low-wattage PSU(200W), but it's about 50/50.

If there is a card in the PCI slot right next to the AGP slot, move it. Those 2 slots share resources. Instead of the CD drivers, try the generic Nvidia drivers.
