Video only works in safe mode
I have a HP Pavillion 6350 running Windows 2000 with an onboard sound card. I upgraded from Win98 to 2000 over a year ago and had no problems. I installed the Microsoft Service Pack a few weeks ago and since then, I get no sound from my computer. Video is either choppy or does not function at all in Media Player or Real Player.
I just ran Windows in safe mode, and the video works flawlessly, but the audio drivers don't load in safe mode. If anybody has some help or assistance, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Herb |
