How do I tweak a 9500 to a pro?

Hi,
i havew the sapphire 9500 red pcb and the mod didnt work i got the checkerboard affect. so the thing i want to do now is to mod or overclock it to a 9500pro.

It is not ethically correct to RMA a part because it didn't "live up to your expectations". If all of us did this, then you should see CPUs going in for not overclocking too much...motherboards ......ram........etc.....

It just isn't correct.
