$43 or so is the Creative Inspire 4.1 setup which is supposed to be pretty good, I want to hear them but i havent had the chance to yet.

Not sure about $50-100 but the Creative Inspire 5.1 and 6.1 setups are in there.

I personally DO NOT LIKE any Logitechs besides the Z560's and the Z680's. Just the THX ones sound awesome to me. The low end logitecs to me, do not sound very good at all. My friend has some Z560's and they are soooo sweeeeeeeeet, but are about $150....

This is all IMHO, and i'm sure somebody will disagree with me on the lower end logitech ones

Take a look at the Logitech Z series of speakers. I think a lot of members here use and recommend them.

Logitechs all the way. The first three sets of speakers at this link: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...tby=14&order=1 are the best for those price ranges. HTH

I love my Logitech Z640s. I hear things in them that I don't hear in a lot of other speakers in that price range.

I have the Creative 5200 5.1 speakers, and I love it. Much better than my old 2.1 setup and very good sound quality. The Logitech's are also very good speakers.
