ingame recording?

I need to do some teaser videos for a mod im working on for ut2003 but camtasia causes framerates to go down to 5 fps or less. Is there any way to record ingame videos without killing framerate?

TV out to VCR, then back into a capture card, but you're gonna lose some quality.

You don't have sound either if you don't have an RCA output on your audio card.
