PCI TV card problem
Hi,
Someone gave me an old TV card the other day, a Modular Technology MM100PCTV and I managed to find and install the drivers for WindowsME. Strange thing is though, the frame rate whilst watching TV is painfully slow so TV is pretty unwatchable (although the sound works fine). Funny thing is, when you watch the TV through Windows Movie Maker it works fine....although it's not a practical way to watch TV since the window is too small. Checked all the options and there seems to be no way to rectify the problem. Any ideas?

I belive that to have decent video of tv display is limited by the amount of memory that is on the card or even the ram on your video card, sence it plays good in a smaller screen size, it takes a lot of memory to give you a full screen display, and a faster cpu maybe/
